Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
We offer 14 days for returns or exchanges (for store credit). For refunds, customers must cover return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@mlhonline.co.uk with your order number.

  • Return shipping address and approval code will be provided upon request. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Returns submitted after 14 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Condition of Returns
To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition, with tags intact

  • Free from odors, odors, or makeup marks

  • In original packaging, with proof of purchase

Non-compliant items may be rejected or returned at the customer's cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and report any defects, damage, or wrong items within 2 business days.

Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items (20% off or more)

  • Accessories (including belts, scarves, jewelry)

  • Custom-made items

  • Underwear and intimate items

Exchanges & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose to receive:

  • A replacement item (if available)

  • Or a store credit equal to the returned item’s cost

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days following successful inspection.
